Joseph’s Indian School Historical Center and Museum Coordinator, Wanda Bunker, Earns Recognition for Exceptional Service.
Wanda Bunker has once again been honored by the South Dakota Department of Tourism for her exceptional service to customers. As a South Dakota Great Face recipient, Wanda went above and beyond to maintain a high level of customer service for the Museum and the state of South Dakota. The Governor presented her with a letter and a “Great Face” certificate as recognition for her outstanding efforts.
To receive this award, an employee must demonstrate exemplary performance in hospitality and customer service beyond the expectations of their job description. This includes receiving three or more positive comments from customers, a testimonial from their manager, and successfully completing the Department of Tourism’s Hospitality Training program. It comes as no surprise that Wanda has won this award for five consecutive years.
